Please Read Before Placing Your OrderAt Quality Powder Coating, all of our products are made to order. Because of this custom process, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any item - including replacement slings, placemats, or hardware parts.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please review the following information carefully before placing your order.
Replacement Slings
Each sling is custom-cut to the measurements you provide. To ensure the best possible fit:
- We are not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. Please take time to follow our How to Measure Guide closely.
- Slings should be measured while still installed on the furniture—only if they’re tight and not stretched, sagging, or loose.
- Ensure all rails are properly secured before measuring.
Important notes for sling orders:
- We do not manufacture slings for Brown Jordan Furniture, due to its fixed-frame design. If you’re unsure, contact us with photos.
- Fixed or welded sling rails may require professional installation. DIY installation can result in improper fit or damage to slings/furniture. We are not liable for such damage.
- All slings are single-layered and do not include padding or double-layer options.
- We do not produce slings for pocket envelope styles, completely enclosed rails, curved top frames, or hourglass-shaped designs.

Placemats
Our placemats are custom-made using high-performance sling fabric designed for durability and easy maintenance. Please note:
- Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration.
- Because each set is made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- If you have questions about the fabric, finish, or suitability for your space, we’re happy to help before you place your order.
Parts & Hardware
We offer a range of replacement parts designed to fit most standard outdoor sling furniture. To avoid compatibility issues:
- Double-check your measurements and compare them to the product specifications listed on the page.
- If you're uncertain whether a part will work for your furniture, feel free to send us photos or dimensions before ordering.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
